Office BIM Standards

The primary tool of our BIM standards consists of our robust Revit Template built through years of practical application and research. Schedules are a powerful component that, when used properly, can allow us to extract information necessary to perform accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing analyses. It is very important for GRDS Team members to familiarize themselves with Revit Families and how to create, modify, and edit them as this drives information that can be extracted from schedules as well as speed up our workflow.
