Project scope of work: Gregory Ramón Design Studio Inc. (GRDS) provided design, modeling, and visualization services for exterior enhancements of an existing house of worship as a part of a 22,000 SF renovation project. GRDS developed the exterior improvements concept, and headed the efforts to document the existing conditions in Revit for the purposes of creating accurate take-offs for estimating costs. Urban Resource was the Architect of Record.
