Project scope of work: Gregory Ramón Design Studio Inc. prepared numerous feasibility studies for the Client, who was looking to establish a children’s recreational facility within the City of Chicago. Primary work on each study included both zoning and building code reviews, conceptual plans, and preliminary cost estimates to provide the Owner with the necessary information to understand the pros and cons of each potential location.
