Project scope of work: This project involved the adaptive re-use of an existing 2-story warehouse building to provide ample office space to a growing mechanical engineering firm. Several key interior elements were maintained and used to define the new functions of the space. The exterior was completely rehabilitated to reflect the current use. The existing building was modeled in Revit for visualization analysis, and construction documents were created from the Revit model.
