Project Scope of Work: The client wished to create a community incubator space utilizing an existing vacant pharmacy store and office space. The goal was to create a unified look between the two buildings that would read as one cohesive brand from the street. Our approach to doing this involved the use of color and materials to create a unique look along this major corridor on the West side of the city.
